SHIPPING & RETURNS

• Return within 30 days. Consumers are responsible for return shipping fees.

• Products must be unworn and undamaged

• Items must be in the original packaging 

• Please note, for hygiene reasons earrings can't be returned

• Please note that personalized and engraved pieces cannot be returned

Thanks for shopping at ODALISE. If the products are not your standards, we are here to help you. You have 30 days to return the product from the date you received it.  To be egliglible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. For hygiene reasons earrings can't be returned. 

Once we receive your product,  we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status for your refund after inspecting the product. 

The shipping costs of the return is for the consumer and cost of shipping are deducted from the refund amount. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or bank account. You will receive the credit within certain amount of days, depending on your cards issuer's policies.
